MANDOLIN (three levels, please choose one)

1. Beginning - This class will introduce the basic skills needed to play in the bluegrass style. Hand position, chord forms, the "chop" and lead playing will be covered.

2. Intermediate - This class is designed for students who need help soloing. Topics include proper pick direction, common melodic phrases, and position playing.

3. Advanced - Advanced students will work to develop a professional sound. Topics will include major stylists, backup techniques, developing your own solos, and understanding the fingerboard.
